Problem
On internal FinOps ERP work at TDSynnex, stock dashboards were not enough: we needed panels that spoke the team's language for cost and operations metrics.
Approach
I built a Grafana plugin in TypeScript/React on the official SDK: configurable panels, data-source integration, and visualizations for the FinOps flow. The public demo repo captures the extension pattern without exposing proprietary code.
Outcome
A working plugin demo — panel architecture, Webpack + TypeScript in a plugin context — as a public reference for this kind of visualization work.
